Wth a skilful blend dosage of tradition and modernity, our cuvees pay vibrant homage to the region that gave them life.

Time is our ally, patience our secret. Our precious cuvees mature in the propitious shadows of our cellars at a constant temperature of 12°, patiently.

Our cellar master, a veritable artist of taste, composes subtle symphonies of flavours harmoniously combining the strength of Pinot Noir, the roundness of Pinot Meunier and the freshness of Chardonnay.

Our endaviour is two-fold :

• To rely on the appropriate equipment to carefully control the well balanced quality of our wines.
• And more especially to produce Champagne in keeping with ancestral production methods.
