Delivery charges

Delivery costs are fixed for Metropolitan France. For delivery in Europe, please contact our services on +33 (0)3 26 05 08 98. The bottles are packaged in cases of 1, 3 or 6 bottles. For the purchase of your Jeeper Champagne bottles, the conditions are as follows:

• Up to € 200 purchase – delivery costs € 10
• Over 200 € of order – delivery costs are free

Delivery is provided by La Poste for up to 2 bottles, beyond that delivery is made by carrier. We advise you to group your purchases on the basis of 1, 3 or 6 conditioned bottles. Your order is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken for packages containing fragile products which are therefore protected. The goodies are sent by Colissimo. The price list is as follows:

• Up to 2kg – transport costs are € 9.15
• from 2kg to 5kg – the transport costs are € 14.10
• de 5kg à 10kg – les frais de transport sont de 20,50€
• from 5kg to 10kg – the transport costs are 20.50 €
• from 15kg to 30kg – the transport costs are 32.20 €
• au dessus de 30kg, un forfait de 40€ pour les frais de transport

Estimated time

Delivery is ensured between 24 hours and 96 hours Deliveries are made with 13-tonne carrier-type distribution vehicles, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. The delivery time is between 24 hours and 96 hours, with appointment scheduling:

• The carrier will call you or send you an e-mail to arrange an appointment with reference to your package.
• The goods are left at the doorstep, at the bottom of the building, etc.
• Any delivery with special features: road prohibited for vehicles

For more than 13 tonnes, upstairs delivery, delivery outside distribution hours, Saturday delivery, etc. will be subject to specific invoicing on estimate.

Routing time

For northern France (green zone), packages will be delivered between 24-48h. For southern France (pink zone), between 72 and 96 hours. For Corsica (purple zone), delivery will be made in 96 hours, if ordered on Monday.
